Annika Gerber

Annika Gerber was raised in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and danced at Studio ‘91 from age three through senior year. She is continuing her education at Messiah University, planning to graduate in the spring of 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Dance, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.

In her time at Messiah University, Annika participated in many dance performances, and held the position of social events coordinator for Messiah University’s professional dance community, GiViM. These opportunities have encouraged her creativity and her love for dance and choreography.

Over the past several years, Annika has taken courses in kinesiology, improvisation, choreography, dance history, dance ministry, dance pedagogy, as well as technique classes in ballet, tap, modern, and jazz.

Anika will help teach the Wednesday night classes for the rest of the 2023/2024 Dance Season and will choreograph for the 10th/11th Grade June Show Dance for their combo class.
